OUR SHOP’s DEFAULT CURRENCY IS NOK (NORWEGIAN KRONER).

NORWAY SHIPPING:

  • FREE shipping on orders over 699 NOK
  • Standard shipping: 89 NOK
  • Door to door delivery: 149 NOK

Shipping times

  • 2-6 business days (with tracking)

EUROPE SHIPPING:

  • FREE shipping on orders over €99
  • Orders under €99 is calculated based on the weight of your shipment and the country/zone you are ordering from. Your total shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping times:

Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery in case of delays due to customs clearance or your local mail service.

HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER?

Please check the tracking link that you should have received via email. If you are ordering from outside of Norway, your package may be held up at customs clearance or your local post office. It is then your responsibility to contact your local customs or the delivery company to request the whereabouts of your order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS PROBLEMS

We follow the shipping information based on what you entered at checkout upon placing your order. We are not liable for lost packages or mis-delivery errors, due to incorrect shipping addresses. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or your address is not safe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend using a business address or an alternate secure address.

RETURNED PRODUCTS

If your package gets returned to us due to an incorrect address, ‘uncollected’ or ‘un-called for’, you will be refunded for your products, but not for the shipping. We could also re-ship the order to your correct address. The new shipping fees will then be invoiced to the customer before re-shipping the package.

LOST PACKAGES

 – SHIPMENTS MARKED AS DELIVERED

If your shipment is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please review your tracking information and contact the local postal carrier to request an investigation into where your order may be.

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier for further information about delivery, as often this may be held at your local post office, may be left with a neighbour or in a secure place for you.

ADDITIONAL INTERNATIONAL FEES

Please note that any additional duties and taxes applied by the government of the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you review your country’s tax and duties requirements before purchase. BETTER BOWLS does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. BETTER BOWLS will not accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges.

BETTER BOWLS is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received FREE shipping on your order and decide to return/refund your items, you will be refunded the order amount minus the actual cost for shipping.
